I Wish I Could Climb

I Wish I Could Climb Drawing No 6, Drawing shaved in Carpet, 196 cm diameter, 2019.

A body of works regarding our desires, self-perception and projections onto the experience of the great outdoors. The sense of adventure and that of conquest are naturally sit side by side to one of the most desired natural, wild landscapes and an old human challenge: The mountain. The myth to climb and the desire to conquer was the starting point for this investigation.
